Lydia Davies is an award-winning Australian composer at Squeak E Clean Studios, renowned for her emotionally rich, cinematic sound across film, television, trailers, and global advertising. A classically trained pianist with perfect pitch, Lydia began composing in her teens after writing her first song at just nine years old, earning multiple scholarships in recognition of her musical talent. Her work has featured in major campaigns for brands including Nintendo, Levi's, L'Oréal, Hugo Boss, Apple, KFC, HP, and BHP, as well as in trailers for blockbuster films such as Wonder Woman, Beauty and the Beast, Assassin's Creed, Pinocchio, and Maxton Hall. She also scored the trailer for the final season of You and the trailer for Castlevania: Nocturne, further cementing her reputation in the global trailer space.

Lydia’s recent highlights include composing the theme for Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV+ and scoring the acclaimed Netflix documentary MUM. She has also created themes for The House of Wellness and Big Cat Tales, with her music featured across global programs such as Blue Planet, Law & Order, Married at First Sight, The Bachelor, Farmer Wants a Wife, The Voice, The Block, and A Current Affair. Now composing for Nylon Studios while continuing her freelance work across film and television, Lydia builds sound that speaks before words — from intimate sonic logos to sweeping orchestral scores that stay with audiences long after the screen fades to black.
