A STELLA NIGHT OUT

Updated: Jan 24, 2023

The only thing Melbourne loves more than a launch party, is a Rooftop… combine the two and you know you're in for a good time.

So, you’ll understand why we were so excited to work with Ali Mousavi and his team, and of course our great mates at Reymond Communications, to launch Stella last week.

This multi-story venue on Chapel Street, the heartland of South Yarra, is our new wine and dine, Italian go-to - and we cannot recommend it highly enough!

The brief was pretty straight forward – we needed some spice, some traditional Italian feels with a modern twist and a strong soundtrack to keep everyone vibing through the evening… which is no mean feat after indulging on the most incredible wood-fire Pizza, all night!

To keep it relaxed yet classy as guests arrived and marvelled at the design and décor (hats off to Finn Warnock & Nick Cox by the way) – we enlisted the help of the delightful Samantha Abela – who was decked out in the most stunning red gown by Effie Kats, paired with some Italian gold bling, to set the mood with the majestic tones of her violin.

With a relaxed atmosphere, oozing sophistication – guests enjoyed Samantha’s ‘solo symphony’ as they mingled, and enjoyed the superb selection of Italian wines, cocktails and canapés and caviar on offer.

As our audience worked their way through the 3-level Stella, they were greeted by a couple of Melbourne’s most charming lads in Jeremy and Nick, who, with piano accordion and guitar in swing, serenaded our guests with classic Italian tunes and a range of modern hits. These guys are awesome and are available to perform a range of styles and themes, by the way.

At Beck, we know it’s a fine line between ‘keeping the party going and ‘turning it into a party’ – so we decided to NOT bring out the big guns, per se. Instead, our legendary Musical Director, Andy Murphy, curated a perfect playlist of beats to pump through the venue for the remainder of the night; allowing guests to sit back, relax and enjoy all that Stella had on offer – or get up for a boogie if they felt like it.

If you haven’t checked it out yet – get down to Stella, pronto! We look forward to a Vermentino at the bar with you.

BECK. xx
